Express Service
The City Mazda Service Centre in Melbourne, utilises two multi manned fast service hoists to provide express Mazda servicing. A one hour turnaround is possible for the following services 1,000km, 10,000km, 20,000km and 30,000km services.
While you wait for your express service to be completed, please feel free to make use of our internet work station, enjoy our wonderful customer lounge facilities or take a short walk to South Wharf DFO (only 100m away from the dealership)

The Customer Lounge
Express Mazda servicing customers are able to wait in the new and comfortable customer lounge. The customer lounge boasts an impressive selection of magazines and newspapers, a large screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Laptop computers are also available with internet access, for those who wish to work or play. There are also bean bags and a range of toys, to entertain children.

When booking City Mazda Servicing please call (03) 9329 7733 a week in advance and have your registration number handy. As Saturday appointments are in demand, please call two weeks in advance for service bookings on this day.
Owner’s handbook and warranty book
The owner’s handbook contains essential information on the items of each scheduled service. The warranty book outlines what repairs are covered by the factory warranty.
Transport to the City Mazda Service Centre
- Courtesy Bus Service - A courtesy bus is available to transport Mazda servicing customers to the CBD, with an afternoon return pickup for car collection. Buses run from 7.30am till 5pm with several designated stops within the city.
- Loan cars - The City Mazda Service Centre in Melbourne has current model vehicles available for loan at only $35 per day, exclusively for Mazda servicing customers. E-tags are not provided. Please book a loan car when booking your service.
- Loan bikes - Loan bikes are also provided free of charge.
- Public transport - Customers are also able to make their own way via public transport. The Port Melbourne 109 Tram conveniently stops just 50 metres from the City Mazda Service Centre at the Montague St stop. The 109 tram also travels through the city, along Collins St, Spencer St and past the Crown Casino. It also continues through to Port Melbourne via Beaconsfield Parade. Trams run every 10-15 minutes and it only takes 10 mins to get to the city.
