Quick-Smart Mazda Service, applies to selected Schedule Mazda services, ask for it when you next book or book online. Once you drop your car off, you can relax and enjoy a coffee, and complimentary newspaper in our Customer waiting lounge. Before you know it, your Mazda is serviced and ready to go.

Quick-Smart booking options:

• 8.00am – 9.00am In & out before work
• 9.00am – 10.00am You can pop in straight after you drop the kids off to school
• 10.30am – 11.30am Catch up on the daily headlines while we work on your car
• 11.30am – 12.30pm Book in now and have the car before lunch
• 1.00pm – 2.00pm Beat the traffic rush, this could be your spot
• 2.00pm – 3.00pm Get the car serviced and pick up the kids in one go
• 3.00pm – 4.00pm Grab an afternoon coffee and relax in our lounge

 

*one hour turnaround time is calculated from the time the Customer approves the maintenance work at reception to delivery of the serviced vehicle to the Customer. The dealership is not liable for delays in vehicle maintenance if the Customer does not adhere to their booked appointment time. Priority is given to on-time Customers. Available for selected cars and scheduled services only.

Limited to 1,000km, 10,000km, 20,000km, 30,000km, 50,000km Scheduled Mazda Book Services. Additional repairs required above service are limited to minor items such as wiper blades and globe replacements.

Stop 1: Collins St overpass, inbound 5 metres from corner of Collins and Spencer St.
   am 10 mins after bus departs City Mazda
   pm Outbound 35-40 mins after bus departs City Mazda

Stop 2: Cnr Lonsdale and King St 10-15 mins after bus departs City Mazda.

Stop 3: St Francis Church Cnr Lonsdale and Elizabeth St. 15-20mins after bus departs City Mazda. Clearway after 4pm unable to stop. Please advise driver of alternative pickup stop.

Quick-Smart Mazda servicing customers are able to wait in the new and comfortable customer lounge. The customer lounge boasts an impressive selection of magazines and newspapers, a large screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Laptop computers are also available with internet access, for those who wish to work or play. There are also bean bags and a range of toys, to entertain children.

 

 

EARLY BIRD CHECK IN

City Mazda provides those clients who require an early start to the day with an "Early Bird Check In" facility.

Simply:

  1. Download a copy of the "Early Bird" form and complete all details
  2. Insert completed form and keys into sealed envelope
  3. Insert envelope into the metal slot in wall next to roller door
