With Mazda Service Select you can vary your visit schedule according to how you use your Mazda. For example, if you travel on average 13,000kms per year, you can service your Mazda once every 9 months, if you travel less, say 8,000kms per year you only need to come in once a year. You’ll also get peace of mind as you will not pay more for a Scheduled Service performed by us than the price advertised at the time your Scheduled Service booking is confirmed+. We know that it can be hard to find time to have your Mazda serviced. Quick-Smart Mazda Service is a genuine Mazda service from factory trained Mazda Technicians in lightning time – 1 hour turnaround time*.
Quick-Smart Mazda Service, applies to selected Schedule Mazda services, ask for it when you next book or book online. Once you drop your car off, you can relax and enjoy a coffee, and complimentary newspaper in our Customer lounge. Before you know it, your Mazda is serviced and ready to go.
*one hour turnaround time is calculated from the time the Customer approves the maintenance work at reception to delivery of the serviced vehicle to the Customer. The dealership is not liable for delays in vehicle maintenance if the Customer does not adhere to their booked appointment time. Priority is given to on-time Customers. Limited to 1,000km, 10,000km, 20,000km, 30,000km, 50,000km Scheduled Mazda Book Services on selected Mazda models. Additional repairs required above service are limited to minor items such as wiper blades and globe replacements.

City Mazda Service Department clients can avail themselves to the courtesy bus. Courtesy Bus departs from City Mazda at approximately 7.45am and approx 8.30am. (traffic conditions permitting) Last pick up at approx 5.00pm. Please refer to the schedule below for further information.

There’s FREE Wi-Fi and work stations, or comfy chairs to catch up on some day-time TV. As soon as your car is ready to go, we’ll come and get you and you’ll be on your way.
