4. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Excludes: employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, fleet, government, or rental buyers.

5. How to Enter
To enter, you must complete the entry form. Entries without a completed form will not be valid: https://9joetl4e6r5.typeform.com/to/b4yFAE2b

Multiple entries are permitted if multiple eligible transactions occur.

6. Prize
The winner may choose one of the following:

  • A new Mazda CX-3 Pure (drive-away, including statutory charges, registration, dealer delivery, and CTP insurance, subject to availability), OR

  • $20,000 cashback applied towards their recent eligible vehicle purchase from City Mazda.

  • Exclusions: Prize does not include comprehensive insurance, ongoing costs, optional extras, or accessories.

7. Draw Details
The draw will take place on January 6th at City Mazda, 32-42 Johnson St, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The draw will be conducted by the City Mazda using a randomised selection process.

8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by Phone within 2 business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will be announced on a social media post within 7 days of the draw.

9. Prize Collection
The winner must collect the vehicle from City Mazda at 32-42 Johnson St, South Melbourne VIC 3205 within 30 days of notification.

Winner must provide photo ID and sign all required paperwork to claim the prize.
If the winner selects the $20,000 cashback, payment will be made via EFT to the winner’s nominated bank account within 10 business days of prize acceptance.

10. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and no further draw will be conducted.
